The Congress Bhongir MP candidate says that the TRS government cheated people of the State with regard to 2BHK houses, 3 acres land to Dalits and 12% quota enhancement to STs and Minorities

Chityal (Nalgonda): Congress MP candidate from Bhongir constituency Komatireddy Venkat Reddy reiterated that the upcoming Lok Sabha polls were a fight between national parties, the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress, and regional parties like Telangana Rashtra Samithi were no way connected to the elections.

He campaigned in Siripuram, Gundrampally, Ellanki, Pedda Kaparthi and Bogaram villages of Nakrekal constituency on Wednesday. Addressing the villagers, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said, "TRS president and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao at Bhongir public meeting urged the people to re-elect Boora Narsaiah Goud as Bhongir MP by keeping in mind the five years governance of KCR. But I am urging you to vote for Congress by keeping mind the efforts made by the Sonia Gandhi, who played the key role in granting the separate State status to Telangana." He listed out the failures of KCR government besides the pending promises of 2 BHK houses to shelterless poor, distribution of three acres land to landless Dalits and 12 per cent reservation to STs and Minorities.

He called upon people to support Congress in the upcoming Parliament elections in order to teach a befitting lesson to "betrayers KCR and his son, KTR". Local Congress leaders and a large number of villagers took part in the campaign.
