Hyderabad: South African delegation led by High Commissioner Sibusiso Ndebele called on Minister KTR in Hyderabad. During the meeting, the Minister gave an overview of the investment opportunities in Telangana state.

During the meeting, Sibusiso Ndebele stated that South African companies were looking for investment opportunities in India and the delegation has visited Telangana to study the opportunities.

The delegation has been on tour of Telangana for the past two days. The High Commissioner stated that their delegation met industry heads from the region.

The High Commissioner appreciated the TS-iPASS policy.

Mentioning about opportunities for women in the Industrial sector, KTR said Telangana government has been promoting women entrepreneurs in the state and said that 'WE-Hub' which is India's first state-led incubator exclusively for women entrepreneurs.

Ambassador of Luxembourg called on Minister KTR

Ambassador of Luxembourg in India, Jean Claude Kugener met IT & Industries Minister KTR in Hyderabad.

The delegation mentioned that Luxembourg is looking for investment opportunities in specific sectors and also expressed the desire to work with the Telangana government in bringing their companies to the state.

Consul General of France met Minister KTR

Consul General of France, Bengaluru Dr. Marjorie Vanbaelinghem formally met IT & Industries Minister KTR in Hyderabad. This is her first visit to Telangana after taking charge as the Consul General of France, Bengaluru. In the meeting, both the parties discussed cooperation in the innovation space.

During the meeting, the Consul General said that the Telangana state has an impressive innovation ecosystem.

Minister KTR appraised the Consul General about the existing French investments in the state and sought Consul General's help in bringing further investments to the state and said that the Telangana government will provide complete assistance to the interested companies from France.

IT Prl. Secretary Jayesh Ranjan was also present in the meeting.
