Donate blood and save lives, donors appealed the public at a blood donation programme organised by Red Cross Society in Nirmal Area Hospital on Tuesday.
Nirmal: Donate blood and save lives, donors appealed the public at a blood donation programme organised by Red Cross Society in Nirmal Area Hospital on Tuesday. Srivani, Vanga Manjula, Pallay Govinda Reddy, P Rajaiah and others donated blood on the occasion.
Later the donors said that blood donations can save several lives during medical emergency. They requested the public to donate blood for others and also for their own health like they are celebrating Ganesh festival for their wellbeing. Blood donation will give a mental satisfaction to the people, which will save many, who are losing lives due to lack of blood supply.
Red Cross Society is trying to create awareness among the people about blood donation. The Society district chairman Kankanala Bhaskar Reddy, Dr Vishnu Murthy and others were present at the blood donation camp.
