Hyderabad: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has written a letter to his Telangana counterpart K Chandrashekhar Rao thanking him for the support of his government in extending relief and rehabilitation works in Odisha after the 'Fani' cyclone.
"I, on my behalf and on behalf of people of Odisha, convey my heartfelt thanks for the immediate response of your State in deputing a team of skilled workmen to support and assist in the power restoration works in the aftermath of cyclone 'Fani,' which devastated coastal Odisha in May 2019. The work carried out by the team of your State was really praiseworthy," the Odisha CM stated in his letter to KCR.
"This is to place on record our appreciation for the contribution made by the team of your State, which helped us in the expeditious restoration of the power supply to the consumers," he stated.
