Offender snatched gold chain by posing himself police at NIMS under Panjagutta PS limits
A snatcher by posing himself as police snatched a gold chain from the complainants neck in Hyderabad on Thursday latenight hours.
Hyderabad : A snatcher by posing himself as police snatched a gold chain from the complainants neck in Hyderabad on Thursday latenight hours. According to police the incident occurred at the NIMS gate in Panjagutta.
Ravichander Singh who is a private employee bought the chain on Thursday afternoon by spending Rs 30,000. He came to NIMS hospital to see his relatives who was undergoing treatment.
At 10 pm he came out and stood at the NIMS gate. Suddenly a person rushed to him and started beating him by posing himself as police and snatched the chain and absconded from the spot.
On receiving complaint through Dial 100, police rushed to the spot and collected evidences from him and verifying CCTV footage to identify the culprit. By registering a case police are investigating.
