Hyderabad: Passengers in the twin cities have faced severe inconvenience as the employees of State owned-Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) went off the roads from Friday midnight to press for their demands. Taking advantage of strike, autos and cabs have hiked the rates.

K Sai Kiran, private employee and resident of Safilguda speaking to 'The Hans India' expressed his anguish over the strike called by TSRTC and on government.

He said when a State-owned corporation and government can't sort out the issues with dialogue then the general public like us has to suffer but not the leaders, who have multiple cars. Private transport operators taking the chance of situation escalated their prices, he grumbled.

N Satish Kumar, a resident of Qutbullapur expressed his anger on the State government for not resolving the issue when RTC employees informed about a strike a month ago.

If the government was able to solve the issue with dialogue, then today the general public wouldn't have to face such situation.
