Chief Electoral Officer Rajath Kumar addressed the polling-related issues of Nizamabad farmers who raised concerns over the poll symbols allocated to them. Rajath said that all the issues related to polling were clarified and the farmers expressed satisfaction over it.

He said that the polling in Nizamabad will begin from 8 am to 6 pm and a mock polling drive will be conducted from 6 am to 8 am. "A helicopter was allocated to Nizamabad segment and a helipad is being arranged," said Rajath adding that around 400 engineers will be deployed.

He further said that the farmers have been given permission to take out a rally on April 9 in Nizamabad.
