Release subsidy funds to SCs, STs, BCs
District Collector Ayesha Masrat Khanam directed MPDOs to ensure the release of subsidy funds to the beneficiaries of self-employment scheme through SC, ST, BC, minorities welfare corporations.
Vikarabad: District Collector Ayesha Masrat Khanam directed MPDOs to ensure the release of subsidy funds to the beneficiaries of self-employment scheme through SC, ST, BC, minorities welfare corporations.
She reviewed the welfare schemes with the MPDOs and APOs here at the Collectorate on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, the Collector told the officers to hold meeting with bankers and see that the loans be sanctioned to the eligible beneficiaries. And also take necessary steps to speed up the distribution of country chicken to the widows of SC community.
The Collector said that boards with the names and contact numbers of sarpanches and panchayat secretaries should be nailed to the trees planted during the Haritha Haram. Further, she asked officials to complete the construction of community toilets at schools and Anganwadi centres as part of 30-day action plan.
ZP CEO Srikanth Reddy, DRDO Johnson, BC Welfare Officer Pushpalatha, SC Corporation ED Babu Moses, ST welfare corporation officer Kotaji and others were present.
