Nirmal: Station House Officers (SHO) should always be available to the public, Superintendent of Police C Shashidhar Raju told the SHOs and vertical officers during a training programme at district police office in Nirmal on Tuesday.
The SP told the officials to do their duty even if they are outside the station and pass on the calls received by Dial 100 to the Blue Colts teams and to protect the victims immediately.
They were told to follow FIR system, to maintain records sequence system and also to maintain police station premises clean and neat. Additional SP Dakshinamurthy and others were present.
