Ramagundam: A 30-member team of Singareni Sewa Samithi led by president K Vasanthalakshmi Suryanarayana on Wednesday visited Vocational Training Centre of NTPC-Ramagundam to know the best CSR practices at NTPC.
The team enquired various income generating schemes like napkin manufacturing, sari rolling, tie & dye making, canteen management, pickle making, functioning of quality circles and many more.
Earlier, NTPC CSR team apprised the team through a presentation on various CSR activities being carried out at NTPC for overall development of the nearby people.
NTPC officials N Prasad Rao and V Yugender Rao along with welfare officer Maruthi, SCCL and others were present on the occasion.
