Strive to strengthen mandal system, Jupally tells new MPPs in Nagarkurnool
While taking part as a chief guest to the oath-taking ceremony of Mandal Parishad Presidents (MPPs) in Peddakottapally mandal of Nagarkurnool district on Thursday, former Minister Jupally Krishna Rao said that the newly-elected MPPs must strive and strengthen the mandal system and help improve better administration at the mandal and Gram Panchayat (GP) levels.
Nagarkurnool: While taking part as a chief guest to the oath-taking ceremony of Mandal Parishad Presidents (MPPs) in Peddakottapally mandal of Nagarkurnool district on Thursday, former Minister Jupally Krishna Rao said that the newly-elected MPPs must strive and strengthen the mandal system and help improve better administration at the mandal and Gram Panchayat (GP) levels.
They should also ensure speedier development through a transparent and accountable governance at the local-body level.
"Now it is the responsibility of the newly-elected MPPs to take various government welfare and developmental schemes to the people and they should make themselves available to people and serve them in all respects," Jupally added.
The oath-taking ceremony was attended by a large number of people and TRS party workers from the mandal and surrounding villages.
