The Budget Session of the Telangana Assembly is likely to be held from March 6. According to sources, the session is likely to be held for two weeks.
Hyderabad: The Budget Session of the Telangana Assembly is likely to be held from March 6. According to sources, the session is likely to be held for two weeks.
The session would begin with Governor's address to the joint session of both Houses and the budget would be presented on March 8.
While Finance Minister T Harish Rao would present the budget in the Assembly, Legislative Affairs Minister V Prashanth Reddy would be presenting the same in the Council, said sources.
The Assembly is likely to adopt a resolution against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, opposing the CAA, had said that a resolution against the Act would be passed in the Assembly during the Budget session.
