The Telangana High Court on Thursday adjourned the disqualified MLC's petition to June 3. As the arguments of the petitioner's counsel were completed on Wednesday, the court heard the arguments of the additional advocate general today.

The summer vacation bench comprising Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan and Justice Shameem Akther who was dealing with the petitions of the disqualified MLCs has adjourned the case to June 3.

The petitioner's Bhupathi Reddy, Yadava Reddy and Ramulu Naik approached High Court pertaining to their disqualification after alleged news of them defecting to Congress party grabbed headlines. However, their counsel told the court on Wednesday saying that the petitioner just met the Rahul Gandhi and joined the party.

The petitioner's counsel also dismissed the false clippings telecast on media.
