Congress MP Revanth Reddy urges the Court to direct the State government to take back 31.35 acres allotted to the DLF company

Hyderabad: The High Court division bench headed by Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan and Justice Bollam Vijaysen Reddy on Wednesday heard a public interest litigation filed by Congress MP A Revanth Reddy seeking to direct the State government to take back the land of 31.35 acres in Survey No 83 of Raidurg village of Serilingampally mandal, Ranga Reddy district from the respondents that not to use the said land contrary to the allotment letter and the notification issued by the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd (TSIIC).

The plea noted that the action in permitting and executing the Deed of Exchange in favour of Aqua Space Developers Pvt. Ltd., as illegal and in violation of Conditions of Allotment. Further, the plea asserted to direct the State government to launch prosecution against the persons involved in the conspiracy.

Respondent Aqua Space Developers Pvt. Ltd's counsel Ajay Reddy informed the court that respondent DLF Rayadurg Developers Pvt. Ltd company name was arrayed and needed correction. Moreover, private respondent's counsel sought time to file counter affidavits.

The court directed the petitioner's counsel T Rajinikanth Reddy to correct the necessary cause title and submit it to the court in the next hearing, which is posted to January 28.
