Temples in erstwhile Nalgonda which were closed on Tuesday evening due to lunar eclipse were reopened on Wednesday morning after performing Samprokshana (purification) event as per the rituals of Agama Shastra.
Yadadri: Temples in erstwhile Nalgonda which were closed on Tuesday evening due to lunar eclipse were reopened on Wednesday morning after performing Samprokshana (purification) event as per the rituals of Agama Shastra.
The priests of the Yadadri temple performed Vishwaksena Puja and Shuddi Punyavachanam after conducting Samprokshana with water. Amid of chanting of Vedic hymns and traditional music, they opened the temple for devotees to have the darshan of the Lord Sri Lakshminarasimha Swamy.
