To avoid hitting auto-rickshaw, RTC driver rams bus into median at Chintal

Hyderabad: Major mishap averted at Chintal under Jeedimetla police station limits on Sunday morning when a RTC bus rammed on to the divider and stopped.

According to police, the incident occurred when the bus belongs to Jeedimetla depot reached Chintal, the temporary bus driver Pratap Reddy found an auto and a bike in the middle of the road after both the vehicles collided and stopped on the road. Public gathered at the incident spot and were arguing.

To avert the accident the driver immediately rammed the bus on to the divider and stopped the vehicle after hitting a pole. The incident created tension among the local commuters. Later police rushed to the spot and regulated the traffic.
