Toddler dies after falling into boiling oil in Warangal

A two and half-year girl died after falling into boiling oil here at Mulugu of erstwhile Warangal district.

According to the Mulugu SI Bandari Raju, Anusri, a two and half-year girl, daughter of Arikelli Naresh has come to her grandmother's home for Dasara. While the family was preparing special foods for the festival, Anusri came running towards her mother and slipped into the boiling oil. She succumbed to serious burn injuries on Monday.

Based on the complaint lodged by Anusri's father, the Mulugu police registered a case.
