The Registrar, Unlawful activities (Prevention) Tribunal has fixed the sittings at Hyderabad on 10th and 11th May to record evidence of witness and cross examination on declaring students Islamic Movement (SIMI) as an unlawful Association.

Hyderabad: The Registrar, Unlawful activities (Prevention) Tribunal has fixed the sittings at Hyderabad on 10th and 11th May to record evidence of witness and cross examination on declaring students Islamic Movement (SIMI) as an unlawful Association.

The Tribunal will be presided by Justice Mukta Gupta, Judge, Delhi High Court at Conference Hall, O/o Collector, R.R. District, Hyderabad, Telangana on 10th May from 10.00 AM onwards. The sitting of the Tribunal will be continued on 11th May.

The Tribunal appealed the General Public to attend the hearing and those who are interested in giving evidence may file their affidavit (in duplicate) with the undersigned and shall present in person on the above dates for their cross examination, if any before the Tribunal.
