In a shocking incident, two youth in an inebriated state attacked police and thrashed them on Saturday night at Champapet. According to Saidabad police, during vehicle checking, traffic police stopped the vehicle of one Raoof and Jahangir and conducted breath analyser test.
Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, two youth in an inebriated state attacked police and thrashed them on Saturday night at Champapet. According to Saidabad police, during vehicle checking, traffic police stopped the vehicle of one Raoof and Jahangir and conducted breath analyser test.
The youth picked up an argument with the police and attacked them. In the incident, Assistant Sub-Inspector Shankarbabu and Home Guard Rajeshwar Singh sustained severe injuries. The police personnel where shifted to a hospital for treatment.
The police apprehended the drunk drivers and registered a case against them under section 332 IPC.
