District Superintendent of Police Apoorva Rao conducted a meeting with eight newly-inducted Sub-Inspectors who have been deputed to Wanaparthy district as part of their training programme on Monday.

The SI have earlier been provided rigorous training in various aspects of maintain law and order, dealing with criminal cases, investigation of crime and murder cases, and how to use the advanced technology in cracking the criminal cases.
The SP also informed the SIs about the Right to Information Act (RTI), National Human Rights Commission, Assembly, Parliament, High Court, Supreme Court directions. She advised them that the Station House Officers must improve their knowledge on laws and Acts and other institutions and their regulations from time to time.
The SP said that the SHOs must thoroughly investigate every case and utilise all the advanced technology to secure the evidences and clues and ensure speedy justice to victims.
