There are 7.51 lakh women voters, while 7.30 lakh men voters are there in the Zaheerabad Parliamentary constituency. And against 7.95 lakh men voters, there are 7.99 lakh women voters in the Medak MP constituency. With temperatures rising day by day, it is now a challenge for the parties to bring women voters to the polling centres and see that they cast votes in these circumstances.

Out of the 14 assembly constituencies, women voters are more in number in ten constituencies. In Zaheerabad Parliament constituency, except Narayankhed Assembly segment, the remaining 6 constituencies have more women voters. A total of 7.51 lakh women voters are in the constituency and 7.30 lakh are men. There is a total of 15.95 lakh voters in Medak Parliamentary constituency in which women voters are 7.99 lakh.

While women voters are more in places like Medak, Narsapur, Siddipet, and Dubbak Assembly constituencies, men voters are more in Gajwel, Sangareddy, Patancheru constituencies. Political parties are competing to impress upon women voters in the two Parliamentary constituencies, where women's votes are high. Basically, the parties are trumpeting about what they have done for women.

The ruling TRS party candidates are banking on the welfare schemes launched under 4 years of KCR rule for beedi workers, Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak, pensions for single women, distribution of batukamma sarees, women safety, self help groups, reservation for women in panchayat etc. Party leaders have already suggested village level leaders about strategies for campaign promotions. It is to be seen what level the parties will attract women voters, as they are very crucial in the Parliamentary elections.
