Tandur: MLA Rohith Reddy has said that Young Leaders Forum (YLF) played a key role in pressurising the government to move Vikarabad district into Charminar zone.
Speaking to the media, here at his camp office, the MLA, along with YLF Chairman Murali Goud and former municipal chairperson Sunitha Sampath, said that keeping the future of local youth, the forum fought for the merger of the district into Charminar zone.
He reminded public the relay hunger strike by the YLF leaders for the cause and the posting of 1, 22,000 postcards to the President. Rohit also said that he placed the demand of merging the district into Charminar before joining the Congress and that the party agreed.
