Party district leaders and fans of YSR attended the programme and paid tributes to the legendary leader. Speaking on the occasion, the leaders recalled the services of YSR to the united Andhra Pradesh and the welfare schemes that were introduced by his government for the people of the State.
Party town president Deepak Chowdary, District Congress party women wing president Mani, leaders of the party Y Balagangadhar Tilak, P Veerabhadram, Vanam Babu, Srinivas, Sekhar Goud, P Nageswara Rao, Naik, Yakub Pasha, Phareedh Rao, Saidulu Naik, Lalsingh and others attended the programme. Meanwhile, the birth anniversary celebrations were also held in mandal headquarters and villages of the district.
