ZP chairperson, ZPTC members swear-in
Newly elected ZP chairperson of Rangareddy district AnithaHarinath Reddy, vice chairman Eata Ganesh and other members were sworn in by District Collector Lokesh Kumar at ZP office, Khairatabad.

On Friday, the first meeting of the new zilla parishad body was held and the newly-elected ZPTCs and co-option members took oath and assumed charge. Maheshwaram ZPTC Anitha Reddy was the first to take oath, followed by Nandigama ZPTC Eata Ganesh, and other ZPTCs. MLC Patnam Mahender Reddy, MLAs ManchireddyKishan Reddy and Anjaiah Yadav congratulated the newly elected members.
Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Minister for Panchayat Raj conveyed his wishes to the newly elected members through a message. In his message, the minister said that the state government has been a role model to the rest of nation for its ideal governance and innovative developmental projects such as Mission Bhagiratha, Haritha Haram and Kaleshwaram.
He said that the representatives of local bodies could play a key role in successfully implementing the developing and welfare projects of the state and taking the fruits of welfare schemes to the beneficiaries. He wished that they partner with the state government in realizing the goal of Bangaru Telangana.
