Andhra Pradesh: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has written separate letters to Union Ministers Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Prakash Javadekar. India records lowest COVID-19 deaths in 88 days, active case tally at 4,82,071
