The Computer Science Department of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science will organise `Blitzkrieg ’15', a State level inter-collegiate technical and cultural event, at Siddhartha Auditorium on Friday.

College principal MVN Padma Rao and director Vemuri Babu Rao on Tuesday said the department had been organising the annual event since 2006 to unearth the hidden talent of students. Engineering and degree college students can participate in the event.

Computer Science Department head Kavuri Sridhar said paper presentation, poster designing, coding and decoding, technical quiz,

photography, group dance, treasure hunt, Mister and Miss Blitzkrieg’15 and other competitions would be held as part of the event.

Prizes and merit certificates will be presented to winners of the competitions at its valedictory. Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) Project Director Y Srinivasa Rao will be attending the event.
