In a tragic incident two persons were killed on the spot while two others have sustained severe injuries after two speeding bikes collided near Gangavaram village in Chittoor district on Thursday.
Chittoor: In a tragic incident two persons were killed on the spot while two others have sustained severe injuries after two speeding bikes collided near Gangavaram village in Chittoor district on Thursday. The deceased were identified as Chandramouli Reddy (28) resident of Gudipala Mandal and Chenchu Reddy (25) of Kanigiri in Prakasam district respectively.
The drivers of both bikes were dead on the spot while the pillion riders Ram and Venkat Reddy who sustained injuries were admitted in Gangavaram government hospital. The condition of the victims was said to be serious at the time of news arrived. A case was registered at Gangavaram police station and the probe is on.
