The challenges before the authorities in all the 63 mandals in the district is building of water supply infrastructure, roads to the housing colonies, extension of power supply to the new townships and introduction and redefining of new bus routes.

These colonies are expected to generate new self-employment avenues and provide massive work opportunities for skilled workers like electricians, plumbers, electronic gadgets technicians, provisional retail sellers and vegetable vendors etc. As many as 1,003 gram panchayats are going to accommodate 1,045 new residential townships with an average residential potential of 2,000 families in every township or more.
