A Three member family committed suicide by jumping in Kundu river
A three-member family Committed suicide by jumping into the Kundu river on Thursday.
Kadapa: A three-member family Committed suicide by jumping into the Kundu river on Thursday. The deceased were identified as Tirupati Reddy(60), his wife Venkata Lakshmamma (55), and his daughter (23) of Gadeguduru village of Rajupalam mandal. According to the sources, this tragic incident occurred at Kukuru village around 2 Pm.
Police suspected financial problems might have forced Tirupati Reddy to take such extreme step. Bodies not at to be retrieved due to river Kundu is in spate.
Meanwhile, a 45 years old woman reportedly washed away in the water while she was bathing at the bank of Kundur river at Valluru Mandal.
Police suspected that she might have come to Pushpagiri kshetrem to have darshan of Lord Shiva. A case has been registered by Valluru police.
