Guntur: South Coastal Zone Guntur Range Inspector General of Police Rajiv Kumar Meena assured that he will take steps to modernise the tennis courts in Officers' Club in Guntur and added that playing tennis improves health condition.
He inaugurated Seniors National Tennis Championship 'AISTA-2019' in the Officers Club on Monday.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that they will modernise two tennis courts in the Officers Club. They received 144 entries across the country.
They are conducting the tennis tournament at NTR Municipal Corporation Stadium, Police Court and Loyola Public School.
Principal Secretary Praveen Kumar introduced players. APACTCA secretary A Rambabu, M Vijaya Kumar was among those participated.
