AP government to soon start 'Jagananna Chedodu' scheme in the state

The Andhra Pradesh officials have said that the YSRCP government headed by chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy will soon launch the new scheme called Jaganna Chedodu program to provide financial assistance to Nayi Brahmins, tailors and Rajakas. The government has decided to provide financial support of Rs 10,000 under the program every year. It is reported that the Social welfare department has issued a notification to this extent.
On the other hand, chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has reviewed the civil Supplies department on Friday. He inquired about the rice distribution in the state. The officials have submitted a detailed report about the amount of quality rice still required for the distribution.
The details of the review meeting are yet to be disclosed.
