AP govt frames new rules for intermediate admissions, only 40 students per section
As we all had to stay with coronavirus till the vaccine is developed, government's have been prepping up the people to stay safe by following the physical distancing and wearing of masks.
The government has issued orders over amendments over the regulations regarding admissions in private intermediate colleges in the state. The Minister of Education, Adimulapu Suresh in the orders has asked the enrollment of 40 students in each section.
GO. 23 has been released as part of this stating that a maximum of 160 students to be enrolled in four sections, 360 for 9 sections and a total of 720 students for second-year students. "Previously the maximum limit of in each college stood at 1584 people, " minister said. The minister warned that there would be action against colleges that violate the regulations.
Apart from the above reform, the government has made several decisions in the educational department seeking the suggestions from the people as part of Mana Palana - Mee Suchana. The government has released funds to the public schools in the state and assured of implementing the English medium education in public schools.
