The Andhra Pradesh High Court has given a sensational verdict on Mission Build AP.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has given a sensational verdict on Mission Build AP. The High Court delivered its judgment on the recusal Petition where it has issued notices to mission build AP officer IAS Praveen Kumar who filed the false affidavit in the case.
The High Court expressed impatience over the submission of a false affidavit and ordered to file the case under the contempt charges and seeking reply within two weeks.
The High Court commented that the situation arose due to the intervention of the government in the judicial process. Meanwhile, it has also dismissed the petition filed by the state government. The High Court was outraged that the petitioner had made remarks on the judge and adjourned the case to February 2.
