Former minister and TDP leader Akhila Priya have reacted to the allegations made by AV Subba Reddy of conspiring to kill him. She said that the motive behind Subba Reddy's words is not understandable and raised doubts over-involvement of YSR Congress Party leaders conspiracy behind Subba Reddy's allegations. "A conspiracy is being hatched against me by dragging my name into something in which I have absolutely no role to play at all. The accusations as absolutely baseless. I will soon bring to light the facts of the case and the political conspiracy being hatched against me," she told
Bhuma Akhila Priya said that she had not received any notices as an accused in the murder attempt case of Subba Reddy. The investigation into the matter has not been completed yet. She opined that it is not advisable to complain to the police to arrest her while the investigation is going on.
Bhum Akhila Priya Reddy said that if any of Bhuma Nagireddy's Benami assets are in the name of Subba Reddy, they will belong to his family. Akhila Priya recalls that Subba Reddy had publicly stated that there was no property dispute between them. She said she was not deterred by anything Subba Reddy had to do.
On the other hand, she said that she is not against Subba Reddy doing politics in Allagadda, However, she questioned why Subba Reddy is not talking a single word against the government.
