A series of cases continue to haunt former MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar. Chintamaneni Prabhakar, who is already on remand in Eluru Jail, has been produced before the court in another case. Police submitted him under PT warrant.
The police produced him before the district court in Eluru for a case filed against him for allegedly slandering a Physically disabled man.
A man who went to Chintamaneni as an MLA in 2018 demanded justice for him was beaten up by MLA. The incident has become a sensation. However, the district municipal magistrate remanded him till next month. He was arrested in two cases and remanded till October 11
