Civic chief assures house sites to all eligible persons
Municipal Commissioner PVVS Murthy said that they will distribute house sites to all the eligible beneficiaries in the city limits.
Nellore: Municipal Commissioner PVVS Murthy said that they will distribute house sites to all the eligible beneficiaries in the city limits. He visited 33rd division in the city on Saturday and received grievances from the local people during the Ward Sabha at Vengal Rao Nagar.
Speaking to the media, Commissioner Murthy said that they had prepared plans to distribute house sites to the eligible persons before Ugadi as part of the first phase. Corporation staff have conducted door-to-door survey earlier and identified the eligible people who have applied for the house sites.
He said that the list of eligible persons has been displayed during Ward Sabhas and people who are not in the list can approach at the Corporation office. The state government will also take the responsibility of constructing houses after allocating house sites to the eligible persons, he added.
