Government keen on rural development; says Pinepe Viswaroop
Minister for Social Welfare Pinepe Viswaroop has said that the government is very much particular to provide basic facilities in rural areas and Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy issued directions to the respective officials in this regard.
Amalapuram: Minister for Social Welfare Pinepe Viswaroop has said that the government is very much particular to provide basic facilities in rural areas and Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy issued directions to the respective officials in this regard.
Inaugurating Panchayat Raj divisional office here on Sunday, he said the department will be strengthened on all fronts. Moreover, the Chief Minister had introduced volunteers system for the benefit of the people.
This volunteers system was aimed at delivering the goods at the doorstep of the people in right time. The minister asked Panchayat Raj department officials to work with committment and dedication to develop rural areas.
He said the chief minister was putting his efforts for a transparent and corruption-free government. Gannavaram MLA K Chittibabu, former MLA K Chittabbayi, superintending engineer M Nagaraju, executive engineer B Satyanarayana Raju, deputy executive engineers K Chanti Babu, K Rama Kanth, J Murali Krishna, assistant engineer A Rambabu and others were present.
