Guntur: BJP distributes 125 PPE kits to doctors
The BJP leaders distributed PPE kits to the doctors at Government General Hospital and the Government Fever Hospital in Amaravati Road here on Thursday
Guntur: The BJP leaders distributed PPE kits to the doctors at Government General Hospital and the Government Fever Hospital in Amaravati Road here on Thursday.
They gave 75 PPE kits to the GGH superintendent Dr K Sudhakar. Similarly, they have also presented 50 PPE kits to the doctors in Government Fever Hospital in Guntur.
Speaking on the occasion at GGH, BJP Guntur district unit president Patibandla Rama Krishna appreciated the doctors and the nurses' services in fighting against Covid-19 for the last two- months.
He said following directions of BJP national president J P Nadda and party state president Kanna Lakshminarayana, they were distributing PPE kits to doctors in the government hospitals.
He recalled that they have been distributing essential commodity kits, sanitisers and masks to poor for the last two months in the state.
BJP leader Nerella Suersh, Pothuraju Venkat, Avula Rama Koteswara Rao, state media co-convener Velagaleti Gangadhar were among those present.
