IndiGo launches new service to Rajamahendravaram
An IndiGo flight service has been introduced from Visakhapatnam to Rajamahendravaram and vice-versa under the regional connectivity scheme.
Visakhapatnam: An IndiGo flight service has been introduced from Visakhapatnam to Rajamahendravaram and vice-versa under the regional connectivity scheme. With a maximum fare of Rs 2,500, the inaugural offer is for Rs 1,050.
While the departure of flight to Rajamahendravaram is at 5:45 pm, arrival at Visakhapatnam is at 6:30 pm. Similarly, from Visakhapatnam, the flight will depart at 6:50 pm and arrives at 7:40 pm at Rajamahendravaram.
This flight will further proceed to Bengaluru. According to Andhra Pradesh Air Travelers Association members and airport advisor board members – D S Varma, O Naresh Kumar along with president of APATA K Kumar Raja, MLA Gana Babu and Airport Director Raja Kishore were part of the new service inaugural celebrations.
They said the new service will help promote cargo travel between the two destinations as well. This apart, Air India is commencing a flight to Vijayawada from October 1.
