Jagan to participate in Village Secretariats, Kanti Velug and Rythu Bharosa programmes in October
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will participate in a series of programmes in the month of October, including commencing the Village Secretariats, providing Rs 10,000 to auto and cab drivers as direct cash benefit, Kanti Velugu and Rythu Bharosa programmes.

Jagan will launch a Village Secretariat at Karapa village in East Godavari district on October 2.
On October 2, around 1 pm, from Tadepalli Chief Minister will leave to Karapa village near Kakinada and inaugurate a Pylon. Later, he will visit stalls arranged at high school premises and participates in a public meeting.
After addressing the public meeting, Chief Minister will reach Rajahmundry airport. From there he will move to Visakhapatnam to attend former Union Minister Kruparani's son Kranthi Kumar's wedding. Chief Minister will return to Tadepalli on the same night.
On October 4, Jagan will participate in a programme to provide Rs 10,000 financial assistance per annum to auto and car drivers. The Kanti Velugu programme, aimed at screening the eyes of all in the state on October.
He will start this programme, which will continue till January. After that, the government will do surgeries to the vision defected patients in the next two years.
On the other hand, the Chief Minister also scheduled to participate in the direct cash distribution programme for the farmers. The State government aimed to provide Rs 12,500 per annum to each eligible farmer on the name of Rythu Bharosa.
In this Rs 12,500, the central government's share of Rs 6000 would be included.
Though the central government is providing the financial assistance to only land owners, the state government is giving the assistance to tenant farmers too.
