Vijayawada: Sri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated at KCP Siddhartha Adarsh Residential Public School, Kanuru with religious fervour, said the school principal K Srihari here on Friday.
He said that the school strongly believes in secular outlook. It celebrates all the prominent festivals and all the students attended the puja in rich traditional wear. They all joined their hands and performed puja. Devotional songs and dances by the students marked the occasion.
The school convener Veerapaneni Sasikala, staff, students and parents actively participated in the Janmashtami celebrations.
