Kesineni expects landslide victory for TDP in elections
TDP candidate for Vijayawada Parliamentary constituency Kesineni Srinivas exuded confidence that it is going to be a landslide victory for the TDP in the general elections and the Assembly polls.
Vijayawada: TDP candidate for Vijayawada Parliamentary constituency Kesineni Srinivas exuded confidence that it is going to be a landslide victory for the TDP in the general elections and the Assembly polls.
Addressing the 'Meet the Press' programme at the Press Club here on Friday, the incumbent MP said that his hard work for development of constituency would speak for itself and it would be a strong foundation for his victory in the election.
Referring to the development works he has achieved during the last five years, the MP said that the Kanaka Durga flyover was a critical construction and an engineering marvel for the coming generations. "It would be a major attraction to visitors of the city like Prakasam Barrage," he said.
Admitting that there was delay in the execution of Durga flyover, the MP stated that it would take at least three years for its completion. He claimed that he had successfully convinced Union Minister for Highways Nitin Gadkari to extend the Benz Circle flyover past Ramesh Hospital junction to overcome bottlenecks in the city.
He thanked Ratan Tata for extending whole-hearted cooperation for undertaking health programme which had been providing health solutions to at least 10 lakh people irrespective of their caste, creed and religion.
The MP said that over 26,000 youth had been employed after undergoing training in various skills through skill development programmes.He assured the citizens that fibregrid would be implemented soon.The MP thanked the people of Vijayawada for giving him an opportunity to serve the people of his native place.
