LKV Ranga Rao takes charge as Visakhapatnam's DIG

- Earlier, G Pala Raju had served as DIG, Visakhapatnam range
LKV Ranga Rao on Wednesday assumed office as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Visakhapatnam Range here at DIG office.
Later addressing media, the new DIG said that the focus will be on prevention of crime and get reachable to the people in the range. Earlier, G Pala Raju had served as DIG, Visakhapatnam range.
The Andhra Pradesh government had transferred 22 IPS officers including N Balasubrahmanyam, Mahesh Chandra Laddha, Vineet Brijlal, B Srinivasulu, G Srinivas, Ch Srikanth, G Pala Raju, LKV Ranga Rao, S Harikrishna, KV Mohan Rao, GVK Ashok Kumar, Sarvashresta Tripathi, Dr Koya Praveen, Vikrant Patil, S Ranga Reddy, K Narayan Naik and M Deepika.
