Kadapa : As part of ongoing Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy annual fete Lord Rama decorated as Mohini Alamkaram on Wednesday.
After performing rituals like Snapanatirumanjanam to the Utsava idols with Vedic hymes, Lord Rama was given darshan to the devotees in Mohini Alamkaram by the procession taken into four Mada streets of the temple devotees thronged to the temple to witness the event from surrounding areas.
Meanwhile the Lord Rama is proposed to ride on Garuda Vakhanam ( Garuda Seva) which is most important event in a 11 day annual fete of Kodanda Rama Swamy temple.
According to the temple authorities Garuda Seva will be performed between 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm on Wednesday.
Speaking to media persons TTD JEO Lakshmi Kantham said elobarate arrangements were made for smooth conduction of Sita-Rama Kalyanam on Thursday. He said the event will be performed in the night time as per temple tradition.
" In view of bitter experience that claimed 10 more lives, and other 20 got injured, TTD administration has initiated precautionary measures to face untoward incidents".
