Man, his two children die in road accident

Chittoor: In a tragic incident, a man and his two children were dead in a road accident on Saturday evening. The deceased was identified as Seenu (47), resident of Jeevakona in Tirupati mandal.

He was on his way to Penumur on a bike carrying his 6 year-old son and 9-year-year- old daughter when they met with an accident at Rajaindlu village in Penumur mandal , 24 km from Chittoor.

The accident occurred when Seenu made an attempt to overtake a lorry. All the three fell under the wheels of the lorry and died on the spot, say officials. It is learnt the deceased was on the way to meet his father at Penumur.
