Addressing the newly recruited ward volunteers at a meeting held here on Saturday, the MLA mentioned that responsibility of each volunteer is to ensure Navaratnalu schemes are being implemented effectively in their jurisdiction.
Chittoor Municipal Corporation Commissioner C Obulesu said that 791 ward volunteers were appointed to cover 50 divisions in Chittoor city. Earlier, MLA handed over appointment letters to the newly recruited ward volunteers..
