Old age pensions, scholarships distributed Walkers Yoga Club

Rajamahendravaram: Walkers Yoga Club distributed scholarships and old age pensions at its meeting held at Ananda Gardens of SKVT College here on Friday. The club distributed Rs 1 lakh worth of scholarships to 20 students studying engineering, degree and Intermediate courses and old age pensions of Rs 350 each to 100 persons.
Club founder president P Gopala Rao has said that the club is giving old age pensions as well as scholarships to poor students every year with the help of club members and others. Moreover, the club is actively participating in social service activities, he added.Vice-presidents M Appa Rao, A Madhu, treasurer S Rama Krishna and other members were present.
