Going into details, K Chaitanya, a native of Cheervanuppalapadu village in Naguluppala Padu mandal has studied Btech and worked as a software engineer in abroad. After working for some years, he returned back to his native place.
Since his return, he was jobless and started to trap young girls, and married women through Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Initially, he pretends to be good with the victim's and later harass and blackmail them to fulfil his desire.
In this context, a young woman lost her purse at a shopping mall in Ongole a few days ago. At that time, Chaitanya was also present at the mall and helped the woman in searching for her purse.
With this, they became friends and exchanged their mobile number. Chaitanya uses to chat with her regularly and sexually harassed her. Over unable to bear his harassment, the woman approached the police and lodged a complaint.
Upon receiving the information, the police got into action and took Chaitanya into their custody. While arresting him, the police found ganja packets in his car. In the interrogation, Chaitanya revealed that he brought ganja from Visakhapatnam and selling them in small pockets. On the incident, the police registered a case and investigating further.
