Ongole: The Prakasam district police felicitated and wished all the best to the trainee IPS officer G Bindu Madhav, who completed his six months of training in the district successfully. G Bindu Madhav, a 2017 IPS batch officer, worked in various sections of the police department including DSRB, SB, Admin, Armed Reserve, Court and others for three months in the Prakasam DPO and worked as the station house officer in Santhanuthalapadu for three months.

After successfully completing his training, Bindu Madhav is going to report back at National Police Academy in Hyderabad for further training before inducting him into regular service. In the programme held at Galaxy meeting hall in the district police office on Friday, Superintendent of police P Siddharth Kaushal and other district officers felicitated Bindu Madhav with shawls and garlands.

Siddharth Kaushal said that Bindu Madhav has learned everything from the earlier officers and appreciated him for that. He said that the latter has become very much helpful to him during the peaceful conducting of election and counting.

Bindu Madhav said that working as SHO at Santhanuthalapadu has been helpful to organise the men for security and keeping law and order in the elections and counting. He also thanked all personnel in the department for teaching him the policing and wished them all happy in life.
