Guntur: Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India, Guntur will conduct fourth property show at Suhbham Convention Centre here from September 20 to 22. CREDAI general body meeting held here on Sunday took this decision.
Addressing media, CREDAI Guntur chapter president Maddi Naga Prasad said that they will set up 55 stalls, including building material useful to the customers. CREDAI Guntur secretary Maddam Srinivasa Reddy said that HDFC, SBI, ICICI banks agreed to sanction loans to the customers. He said apartments would be available from Rs 2,700 per square feet to Rs 6,000 per square feet.
